Besides the gourmet cakes, in the Special Occasion section you will find unique fresh desserts that are baked daily. 

We have fresh fruit tarts, lemon tarts, éclairs, cream puffs, Tiramisu, Cassata Siciliana, Rum cake and a variety of Italian desserts. Please call for pricing on specific desserts. 

Gourmet Cakes: Gourmet cakes are available in a variety of sizes such as 6", 8", and 10”..

These types of cakes include three layers of cake filled with Swiss, Italian meringue buttercream or regular buttercream. 

No fondant is available for gourmet cakes and there is a limited option for design and flavors.

 
Tiramisu: My traditional Italian tiramisu is made following an old original Italian recipe.

It is available as a 8” or 10"round cake. The classic tiramisu comes in a 13x9 tray.  Please inquire about other size options and price.

Cannoli: Traditional Sicilian Cannoli made entirely from scratch following an old Sicilian recipe. Cannoli come in the following classic flavors: chocolate and ricotta.

Cannoli are filled with ricotta or chocolate cream. The ends of the cannoli are filled with mini chocolate chips. If you prefer pistachios please let me know. Pistachio cannoli will require an additional $5 charge.
