At Dolce Amar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at minimum up to two weeks before the scheduled pickup date. Canceled orders will receive store credit only—no refunds.
- Same-Day & Next-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day or next-day pickup are non-refundable.
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
- Order Processing: Once an order is confirmed and in preparation, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Store Credit: If you change your mind or order an item by mistake after your order has been prepared, we can offer store credit (excluding beverages).
- Food Consumption & Condition: Refunds or store credit cannot be issued if:
- 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed.
- The food has been discarded, repackaged, or tampered with.
- Beverages: We do not offer refunds or store credit for beverages.
